PROFESSIONAL GLASS LIFTING EQUIPMENT

THE MULTI-MACHINE SYSTEM

Four specialized machines. One coordinated system. Installations that single equipment can't handle.

SL 380

THE FINISHER

SMARTLIFT SL 380

1160 lbs  |  840 lbs lift capacity  |  7' reach

Indoor installation specialist. Receives glass on upper floors and maneuvers into final position. Light enough for wood-framed structures—at just under 2,000 lbs with a full load, it doesn't exceed minimum live load deflection ratings for single-family houses. Most frequently used machine, often lifted to second or third story to receive glass from ground units.

BEST FOR: Upper floor receiving, final interior positioning, wood-framed structures

SL 608

THE WORKHORSE

SMARTLIFT SL 608

2200 lbs  |  1320 lbs lift capacity  |  13' reach

The all-around machine for loading, unloading, and moving glass from staging to lifting position. Brings glass around buildings and through narrow side yards. Can turn glass sideways to fit through tight passages and hallways. Nimble enough for tight spaces while handling 1,320 lbs. Sets first-floor units from outside and brings glass to cranes, forklifts, or other robots for final lifts.

BEST FOR: Staging deliveries, ground-to-machine transfers, tight outdoor maneuvering

SL 809

THE REACH

SMARTLIFT SL 809

3300 lbs  |  1800 lbs lift capacity  |  20' reach

High-reach installations up to 20 feet. At 10 feet long, the larger chassis provides greater stability for high-reach work. When second-floor lifts are needed, it's the only machine that works. Fully remote-controlled manipulator head allows operation from the second floor. Used to lift glass to high areas, set second-floor windows from ground, or pass to the SL 380 on upper floors.

BEST FOR: High-reach lifts, second-floor sets from ground, remote-controlled operation

MRTA8

THE CLIMBER

WOOD'S MRTA8

175 lbs  |  1400 lbs lift capacity  |  Unlimited reach

Suspended manipulator for lifting glass over buildings or to upper levels. Attaches to forklift or crane. Multiple MRTA8 units can link together with spreader bar for increased capacity—capable of handling 2,300+ lb panels when paired. Common workflow: SL 608 brings glass to MRTA8, which hoists to upper floor and passes to SL 380.

BEST FOR: Lifting glass over structures, upper-level installations, heavy panels requiring multiple units
